The Z was started as a race car in late 80s in Japan with the turbo motor. They then realized that even without turbos it was still a powerful sports car and knew the market needed a non turbo,,especially the american market. hmmmmm ever wonder why the 2+2 turbo was not sold in america...because due to research Nissan felt it would not be appealing to the american market...hence forth vette was a two seater. Nissan felt that americans prefered two-seater sports cars. Before you bash this post do research and if you find hard proof that I am wrong e-mail with it and I will post that I was mistaken..I know that due to my memory I might be off a little but not that much....LONG LIVE THE TWIN TURBO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
